I love good food, but I'm a very busy person … Like most of us, and have little time to prepare a really good meal. I love food processor or blender recipes prepared, because they tend to be super fast. I have one of those Magic Bullet Blender is used to power many great, easy and delicious. Here are some of my favorite recipes.

Pesto and spinach sauce

12 fresh basil leaves
bunch spinach
2 EL pine nuts
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Pinch of salt

Put all in blender and mix until a dough is grainy. From there the heat on the stove and use your favorite pasta.

Easy Alfredo Sauce

04:01 Cup double cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic
Cup Parmesan 02:01
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Put everything in a food> Processor and mix until smooth. Heat the oven until ready to serve. This recipe is rich, but absolutely delicious.

Bean Dip

1 (15 ounce) can drained beans blacks,
04:01 Cup white onion
2 cloves garlic
04:01 cup red bell pepper
Cup chicken broth or vegetarian 04:01
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
cayenne pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in food processor and mix well. This recipe can be frozen and eaten later, whenas desired.

Lemon, garlic, chick peas dip

1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
1-2 cloves garlic
1 lemon – juiced
4 sprigs fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste

All ingredients in blender and mix well. This delicious dip, is the smell of garlic to go, but tastes absolutely delicious.

The two pasta sauces and two dip recipes can easily be done with little fuss andConfusion. The only real cleaning, it will do is give the mixer and hopefully there are others around the job done. Each of these recipes will leave you with garlic breath, but I hope they all eat the same things, so no matter. In addition to garlic is good for us.
